" Are you too hard on yourself ?" is the next question which needs to be answered.
Are you guilty of finding flaws in thyself when you look into mirror, even when you get compliments from others every now and then. It happens because most of us aspire to unrealistic beauty standards.
Karl Lagerfeld, the legend designer once said," Fashion is ephemeral, dangerous and unfair." It is an industry, which is meant to make money. How they do it is usually by portraying images with unrealistic, unattainable beauty standards.

So kindly stop torturing yourself. What you need to do is to accept yourself the way you are right now in present, no matter what shape and size, then work on your raw materials. This will be a big confidence booster. Highlight what you love about your body but don't hide what you hate, just dress smartly and wear clothes that flatter your body.
