Ethnic wear is integral part of our lives. The best part is ethnic wear has unlimited options. On special occasions as Indians we can't think beyond Lehangas, Anarkalis, Sarees, Punjabi suits etc. But many of us love to wear ethnic wear on regular basis. On that note i thought can we put ethnic wear into different style personalities, the answer is YES.

  I did some research and here are few styles you can try. And you can go for more than one style personality.
  • Minimalist- Simple yet elegant style of ethnic clothes. Neutral shades, tailoring is key, interesting cuts adds drama. Shoes mostly flats, slides or pumps in neutral shades. Jewelry keeps it simple- diamond studs, thin gold chain, delicate rings and you are good to go.

  • Sophisticated- It's all about excellent tailoring, beautiful fabrics, refined taste that equals to expensive clothing. If you bought something expensive but it looses shape, embroidery starts comes out and lining fabric starts to fray means you got looted.

  • Preppy- This style is colorful, fresh and girly. Light makeup, lip gloss, mascara is all you need.

  • Artsy- It is all about creating your own style and not sticking to what everyone else wearing just for the sake of fitting in. Innovate and set your own trend.

  • Glamorous- It's about creating a flattering and modest look with little skin show. Avoid flashing too much skin to keep the look elegant. Stay groomed and opt for heels.

  • Tomboyish- Keeping things little manly here but with touch of femininity. You don't need to be a tomboy to wear this look.
